Whilst on site, the team were polite and efficient and since the work was done, we have had no rocking slabs, the sleepers we have put in for beds have not bowed and the garden still looks fantastic.

However, our main issue at the time, which we did make clear, was the need to rid ourselves of ground elder, and that has been a complete failure as the suggested mulching proved totally ineffective and got worse with each passing year. Another firm later tried laying a liner, but it was too hard around the established plants so we have now given up the unequal struggle and resorted to chemical warfare. The opportunity to completely lift the soil at the time the entire garden was emptied was missed....
We will now be completely replanting over the next 2-3 years, but will be doing our own research and sourcing plants etc.
