Excellent professional service from office based staff to installers working in our property. Very tidy and helpful, both internal porch and external front doors fitted without any issues. Would recommend.

The workmen on site are generally decent, sadly the only positive I can say about the management and office staff is that they are very efficient at invoicing and collecting money! Full stop! Could easily have been a good experience, it wasn't. Update - I received an email giving me the 'opportunity to amend or remove my review'. The wording implied I wouldn't like their response if I didn't. Having now got my 'or else' response I find it ironic that they have accused me of dishonesty. As I pointed out to Orchard I do have evidence and independent witnesses to corroborate my testimony, which is substantially different to their version of events.

Very impressed from start to finish. Fitters were friendly worked hard and left no mess at all. Would definitely use orchard in the future

Excellent job. 40 Sq meter orangery and 24 windows and 4 doors ! Orchard delivered and installed our new doors and windows to our bungalow, and did a stunning job. The small snags were attended to and Mark and his team were pleasant, professional and cheery on site. After the success of that project I asked Orchard if they could build our new orangery, as the contractor (Bespoke Designs Rutland) had failed to deliver (Badly...) and we wanted to build a 40 square meter orangery - before Christmas. They delivered. On Time. On Budget. And were a pleasure to work with. There were challenges, as groundworks can always unearth things that were not planned for, but a positive can do attitude made thing happen. I can whole heartedly recommend them for windows and and orangery contracts.
