Useless. Left my grey bin right at the end of my driveway for collection. Came back from work and its still full. Not the first time its happened either. Maybe the council should look into some better bin men before we start looking into better councillors

I have had to call on a few occasions, regarding information I needed for my solicitor on the leasehold of my property. When the call is finally answered, the staff seem to have a serious attitude problem. I was talked over whilst trying to explain what information I required. Today I was on hold for 13 minutes and as soon as the music stopped and the phone started ringing, I was cut off! Unacceptable service which by the way, we are paying for!

Stamford office is closed, new office in the arts centre will be a computer terminal... and they haven't even managed to do that yet, no doubt due to Covid.

I've had my discretionary housing benefit cancelled and to find out why, I have been on hold for an hour, this is not good.
