        I have been using BCIT since 2009. The first task was to diagnose and replace a faulty graphics card on my PC. Since then Bill has twice upgrade my machine's operating system and also upgraded its onboard RAM and C drive. I will be consulting BCIT as to what I should do with my venerable old PC now that it is unlikely it will be able to digest Windows 11.

        Didn't like me asking for a quote as was trying to rip me off out of almost 100 for a job ive had done on previous laptops elsewhere and paid no more than 60 was expecting it to be a little more but not that much and I was right ive been to someone else and being charged just over 60 do not use this business as you'll only get ripped off theres cheaper out there in the same area too. He really needs to work on his customer service too!
