Really impressed! I ordered a gorgeous leather diary, unfortunately it came damaged and so I emailed them... not only did they refund my postage back, they sent me a new diary with gift wrapping! They responded to my email quickly (which went into junk mail so check your junk!) And were very good when I spoke to them on the phone... the new diary arrived quickly and they had all in hand... VERY VERY good customer service!

The beautiful quality of my 2020 diary shines out. Complete with convenient holder for a pen and beautifully personalised it is all you could wish for in a bespoke diary.

I've ordered a customised luxury cahier cover from them. Overall, I've been extremely impressed with their customer service and the product looks great also. A particular call out to Suzy who has been fantastic throughout.

Lovely notebooks. In fact, so beautiful, I don't want to write inside the two notebooks I purchased; I'd much rather keep and admire them. However, they could do with training their customer service members with how to speak to their customers. The first time I phoned, the lady seemed sarcastic. The second time, the lady (not sure if it's the same one) was interrupting me, making it clear she does not want me to continue speaking. Talked in a way quite patronising and arrogant. Again, while I expressed a genuine concern about the product, she made it clear, before I even had the chance to finish explaining, that it could in no way be the companies error, but my own. She pretty much sounded like she doesn't want to be there and can't be bothered helping me. As somebody who previously worked in customer service over the phone, I recognise clearly her attitude. I didn't complain over the phone about it, partly because I felt pressured by her tone to end the call and didn't want to cause a problem. But I'm sorry: If I have a genuine concern about a notebook I have spent under 80 on, I expect some politeness without passive-aggressiveness. I've considered buying more notebooks, but with a service like that... no thanks.
