Used this store several times recently to buy bed frames and mattresses for myself and family members. Great prices and great delivery service. Received a new mattress today and am very pleased with it. Very good customer service. Thank you Fiona - you could not have been more helpful.

This Store was such a disappointment. It would most certainly be marked with a zero star if at all possible. Buy and support locally, I thought! I should have read previous reviews re: customer service, on this store as it would have made me opt for a popular high street name instead. In brief, purchased a mattress, proved faulty, within weeks. Did not respond to all emails or phone calls. Very condescending and dismissive to the situation. If you buy an item from this shop and it turns out faulty they do not refund. Such a shame for poor service, no confidence in this store. My advice like others is keep walking past this store. I have taken my shopping elsewhere.
