        Awful attitude, went to print a bank statement, I couldn't print it myself. Treated badly by an absolutely lazy staff.

        Completely impossible to speak to a real person by phone. 5 minutes to negotiate the call tree then promised 20 minute wait. Some things cannot be done through the website or phone - customer service requires real people.

        Absolutely awful!!!! Trying to open a current account for my daughter. Theyre only open when shes at school!!! The only person in the building who is authorised for opening accounts isnt there at the weekend. Awful service!!!!

        I love the service Lloyds bank in Stamford branch. All the staffs are brilliant especially Sue!!! Shes always lovely polite and efficient!!! If I can give her the employee off the month I will give it to her every month! But tbh all staffs there are absolutely fantastic. Keep smiling every bank should be the same as here !! Lovely service and Im appreciated. Thank you Sue and the Lloyds Stamford team
