        Staff is really friendly, have opened two bank accounts here (for my mom and me) and have no probs till now.

        We have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, and we appreciate a face to face service.

        I have a business account and HSBC continually block my transactions and require me to come into a branch to resolve any issues. As the branches don't open until most people are at work, and close before most people finish, it is extremely inconvenient to do so. If you run a business and want any kind of service I would look elsewhere. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

        So many banks are closing I have to come to Stamford if I want to do anything face to face. Having said that, there are auto paying in machines here for cheques, notes and cash. There are also a few sound proofed meeting rooms if you want an appointment for mortgages or advice
