Beautifully Shuttered

' Buyer Beware ' Our family spent almost 3 500 with Charlie over 3 years ago . The shutters are of a high quality and were well fitted .........however : A couple of years ago we accidentally damaged a slat and we asked him for it to be repaired or replaced at our cost , and two years later it has not been done even though we have contacted him on four separate occasions , our last two contacts he didn't even reply . An appropriate analogy would be the purchase of a premium product such as Audi , BMW or Mercedes only for them to have no intention to honour any aftersales or repairs to your expensive purchase .... it would be just plain foolhardy now wouldn't it . It would be fair to say we purchased the product rather than the person on the recommendation of a friend on the product . Charlie does indeed have the facade of a salesman and I have dealt with many salesman over the years and on hindsight do wish that I had trusted my sixth sense and gut feeling and spent our families hard earned money elsewhere . For anyone who does decide to give his business an opportunity......look beyond his facade and closely at his personality , a leopard can't change its spots......you will know exactly what I mean ..... and of course don't expect any aftersales after he has your money.....as I have said ..... ' buyer beware '

A lovely company. Charlie and his team are fabulous. Shutters look great... as expected from a great company. Will always use.
