Terrible!! Declining repeat prescription requests without reason for medication that affects my quality of life. After a lifetime on hold at number 1 in the queue, still no answers. The only truly helpful member of staff was Kathy on reception. Anyhow, I talked with my feet & transferred myself out!!

This place needs closing. Disgusting service. Phones turned of at 8pm and when the phones are turned on they don't answer. This place needs Reporting.

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating after today! My wife phoned to hopefully get an appointment as she's been ill for over 5 days. In a weird twist of fate she managed to achieve an appointment at 9:45 this morning. Didn't hear anything but when i spoke to her she informed me that it wasn't a GP she saw but a pharmacist? Yep a pharmacist who informed her she had indeed contracted Strep A. Wasn't given any antibiotics but was told if she felt worse to contact 111. Just out of curiosity if the pharmacist wasn't available would the cleaner be giving out medical advice? Yes she is feeling worse but do you care...clearly not!

Called to get an appointment after advice from 111 and told earliest appt available was 6 weeks away. Ended up at the walk in centre.
