Very unprofessional I bought a car from Stalybridge a few years ago and was told my V5C logbook would be sent to me. This was never sent to me and as this was my first car, I didnt realise the importance of the form. I now have to apply for my form with a maximum wait time of about 6 weeks and it is causing a lot of stress given the time frame I have to sell my car in. When you buy a car you expect all the documentation to be sent/ given to you with the car. Very unprofessional.

Had a great and straightforward experience buying a used Ford Fiesta with Nathan. All promises were kept and great attention to customer service details.

I bought a 1-series from this place. When you are about to pay for the car, they give you a page to sign which says you have inspected the vehicle and you are buying it as it is, which means you cannot complain about anything in future. Fair Enough! So I sign and pay and go. Two days later the electric window on the passenger side starts to play funny, like it goes all the way up and then suddenly jumps down. I call, dont really get any straight answer and in all fairness and very kindly I am reminded about the page I have signed. Couple of days later I notice that when I drive over a rain puddle my carpet on the passenger side gets wet! About the same time I start hearing loud crackling noises from the speakers. So I get a little suspicious and start to look very closely this time and I found some traces of paint on the door handle on the passenger side. See the pictures I have attached. I paid about 12k for the car and just with the crackling noise alone I am not able to sell it! Let alone the moral of telling the next buyer what faults the car has!
