There only a few times in my life Ive been taken back and been overwhelmed; so much so I was suspicious about their whole operation because as the old saying goes if its too good to be true it usually is, but NOT in this case with We Trade Cars and Anthony they do things very differently; heres my journey.... I am a super cautious, anxious buyer and even more so with sizable purchases therefore adopt a belts and braces approach. From the initial contact with Anthony to the actual purchase I must have exchanged 200+ messages to ensure the car met my requirements and was as advertised. What really took me back was the professionalism in which my queries were responded to, if it was someone else they may have lost their patience given how pernickety and meticulous I can be! What made matters more challenging was that I was looking to purchase the car during lock-down which meant I did not see it in person, something I would NEVER have done with any other purchase. To reassure me, Anthony sent me all car related docs via email/text so that I could review them at leisure along with a video tour and list of minor defects (so there were no nasty surprises on the day). The car was being purchased partially with cash along with my own HPI however, the APR wasnt competitive and meant I wasnt comfortable to progress but Anthony worked his magic and arranged a really competitive deal, and this deal became a no brainer. I explained to Anthony I was unable to collect the car due to the strict nature of the lock-down thinking this would block the purchase but he took initiative to have it delivered. Something I did not request nor expect! On the day it was delivered the car was filled with a full tank and valeted; Ant was also present to hand it over. To my amazement, the car was gleaming and looked even better than the pics and video. Anthony (who Ive never met before or affiliated with) is the kind of person who you think youve known all your life (be aware he talks for England). His customer service is unparalleled and unmatched by anyone Ive come across. When he left I said to my missues hes the kind of person Id like in my life - full of positivity and warm vibes! Breaks all the norms and cliches of car salespeople. If you're reading this review I couldn't thank you enough! P.s. My son and I are still smiling and pinching ourselves! :-)
