I booked onto a mansion shoot autumn last year before we got locked down permanently and paid instalments and Khloe was very accommodating and understanding with taking instalments when I could she was fab!! However the shoot was supposed to be in January but coz of lockdown got postponed which is understandable and no ones fault However another date was never set and time was passing by with no date insight and now having family commitments too contend with I asked for a refund When she did reply I was told no refund and too sell my spot so I have corresponded multiple times trying too sort this amicably with no reply or response I have now asked for trading association details and not been given them as again she fails too reply my only option now is too take them too claims court unfortunately but its a lot of money too loose and I havent got cash too throw away The company arent helpful now only when taking your money and heaven forbid if you ask for it bk for a service they never supplied Sad state of affairs
