Positive Teepees are lovely to look at Set up was fast Negative One bed deflated and I had a dodgy pump. They did come back and reinflate but left the dodgy pump. It deflated several more times so I used the spare bed which wouldnt inflate properly. I have asked for a refund and not heard anything back acknowledging this. I hired a popcorn and slushy machine. I expected these to be of a good quality. They were cheap machines purchased from somewhere like B&M What I paid to hire these I could have bought my own. The stands are all broken and very tatty The cups provided leak

We hired the dream catcher set up for my daughters 12th birthday, they look beautiful when set up. From the booking process to collection of the teepees all was simple and professional with a lovely personal touch. Fabulous business ran by lovely people, would definitely recommend x

Poor service, child on floor in night due to a deflated air bed. 'nothing we can do about it' as a response. Would not recommend !
