Excellent service, couldnt recommend stalybridge branch enough. Ive just sold my house sstc, and bought another property with Edward mellor stalybridge, the girls have gone above on beyond, honestly couldnt do enough for us, with amazing communication. Just want to give a big shout out to Natalie, Amy & manager Claire, although, everyone there are amazing!! I think Ive rung everyday, they have so much patience Thank so much girls youve changed our lives x

Brilliant experience with Divine as our sales progressor when buying our family home. Always on hand to answer or chase up any queries I had and managed to push our completion date as we were on a deadline. Thank you Divine!

Yes, they are reputed estate agent but as per my recent posts from them in Ashton-under-lyne location they seem to be not an expert market analyst. They always over price a property. From my end, this is just like outdated estate who doesnt know the real market value. Simple sale history and recent nearby sold property can be used to validate the price tag.
