I could tell that from talking to the vendor, this firm was really good, and crucially, they allow an in person visit as well as a specific case handler, dealing with everything.
That really helps. That was quite different to my firm where they were a lot slower. They were that impressive that I thought that I'll consider using them myself should I need to in the future
