        Brought my Jaguar in for diagnostic/ repair. After not hearing back from the garage for nearly 6 hours i called them for an update only to be told that they could not diagnose or repair the fault. I was then left waiting nearly an hour when I returned to collect my still broken vehicle. No gear and clearly no idea!

        I took my XJS for a misfire diagnosis. The mechanic was younger than my car and didn't have a clue what he was talking about. He pointed to two parts he said were air temp sensors and were the problem, he actually pointed to two ignition boosters which weren't the problem and I replaced the air temp sensor just in case when I found out where it is and that's not the problem either. 230 wasted on bad diagnosis by a company who promised to look into it and have done nothing for two months. Useless company, avoid if you don't want to waste your cash.
