        Simon asked for money upfront every week, and wanted it within the hour of asking! Foolishly I did, and paid in full before job finished. He didn't do all the work agreed to, left dozens of sandwich rappers and drink containers all over my back garden. Plus I've asked several times over several weeks to remove about 2 ton of rubble he's left on my back garden from the job, not moved still waiting! Don't touch!

        AVOID simon this cowboy builder. Took money and left the job unfinished and unsafe most of all. Then avoids phone calls. Have reported to trading standards. Rated page is no reflection on his actual work and honesty.
