Absolutely devastated I crashed my DJI mavic 3, the drone looked a write off. I messaged DJI north west he prompted me to drop it off and he will sort it. Literally couple days later he said my drone was ready to be picked up. ( shocked ) anyway I went to pick the drone up to find that he's given me a brand new mavic 3 in the box fully wrapped up. Absolutely would recommend DJI North West what an absolute gentleman he is so professional. Excellent Price aswell. I never ever write reviews but this gentleman fully deserves one hes made me smile after being Absolutely gutted for week after crashing my drone. Would like to say a massive thank you.

Where do I start.... I have used DJI North West Drone Repairs twice now. First time was a few years ago with a P3A (Compass Error). Last week I had a gimble error on my Mavic Pro Platinum. I sent it in last week for diagnosis/repair. From start to finish I was told exactly what I needed to to do to send my drone in and roughly how long it would take depending on fault. I can honestly say I would NEVER use anyone else for future repairs and would advise anyone to use DJI North West Drone Repair. What a professional and friendly company to deal with. Absolutely amazing service .
