Not one to write negative reviews but felt this was important to share as it is a massive Heath and safety risk. Ordered our food tonight to be delivered and once it arrived and was handed over we opened it up to realise it was the completely wrong order. We rang up the shop who told us she would ring the delivery driver to bring our correct order back and to hand the wrong order back! 20 minutes later the delivery driver returns and takes the unopened food off us to deliver to the right person AND requested a new bag to put it in as the previous one was ripped from us opening it! Now I wouldnt see this as an issue if the wrong food was immediately picked up unopened however if this is how they handle these situations then this is incredibly dangerous as anything could happen to food that has been unopened. Luckily were decent people however some people may not be and the food could have been contaminated or spat in it or anything. This is completely the wrong way to handle the situation and once realising the food had been unopened they should have made the other customer a fresh order! Wont be returning as if this is acceptable to them then who knows what goes on in the shop where no one is aware. Will be reporting to food standards agency

Food was great. The delivery driver in the yellow car was polite and delivered the food very quickly.

I have ordered plenty of times from this restaurant but usually ring via phone and pay by cash. My partner had a discount on Uber eats for around 7 off with the total being around 30. Order was placed at 8pm for collection at 10:05pm once I finished work. At 9:45pm my partner got a notification via Uber eats saying the order was cancelled. We rang the restaurant to around 30 calls just going straight to no answer machine, when we finally got through we asked why it was cancelled. In the little we could hear, she told us that they was just too busy at the moment to take the order (even tho it ordered 2 hours ago) and now had to cancel it , I could understand if they was busy and wed just ordered but they knew of the order and my partner had spoke to someone over the phone to confirm what had been ordered , however she then went on to say if we came down and payed cash they could cook now just after saying they was too busy to take our order from 2 hours ago ?! To me it sounds like they saw the small little discount even though they are signed up with Uber eats and thought they could cancel to get us to pay more in cash. Its stingy of them to do this especially when they are signed up for these type of offers ?! Quite frustrating as it was our normal Chinese take out but little things like this are beyond a joke. Lost a loyal customer due to bad service unfortunately.
