I ordered computer parts in November 2022 which did not arrive. I was able to make contact through Facebook (I would only get a response only if I was anonymous hmm), and was promised a refund numerous times that did not arrive. Multiple phone calls and various excuses were provided including a power cut in the building and switching over card providers. No refund, no apology email and no contact until you chase him is the pattern over and over. Now I am having to claim through the card company which is a pain because this seller doesn't accept Paypal which is also sus. I don't like giving bad reviews but after waiting 5 months and chasing this up on at least 6 occasions I feel you have earned this one. It's clear you don't do what you promise, you have wasted a lot of my time and I certainly won't be using you ever again. Unreliable service - AVOID.
