My pets are my family, they deserve only the best. And I believe the majority of Moy is just that. Especially Audrey, I love how she treats my animals with kindness and respect. She is good with both cats and dogs (and perhaps other animals too) and does not rush her care. Reception is always helpful, understanding, nurses, especially the male nurse, is great too. Although initially I was kept away from my pets for blood sample taking, which appears to be the norm in the UK, despite my expressed concern with this ( my presence calms my animals), they have now seen the difference when I stay in the room so I can stay with them and that's so much better. Audrey is very knowledgeable, calm, and I trust her judgement. This is so important and frankly, quite rare, which I have discovered with my medical background and years of poorly animals experience (I always pick the "broken" ones ) We are sadly moving away from the area soon, so I will have to find another Audrey, we will miss Moys care. Thank you Moy
