24 01 2020 - Additional plaudits (extracts from two emails sent to separate CET staff):-
1. At last were warm again, having had the scheduled visit from Sandersons engineer, who immediately diagnosed a pump problem and having a new one in his van, was able to replace our faulty one
This, our second experience of Sanderson, was exactly as our first, earlier last year: exemplary. How very pleasing it was to be attended by a truly professional individual, like Dave, from what is, quite clearly, a highly professional organisation
2. Yes, Alls well that ends well, as they say: the pump has been replaced, the central heating is back on and were warm, once more, thank goodness!
What a difference it makes to be attended by Dave, a thoroughly professional engineer, from a thoroughly professional company. This is my second experience of Sanderson and like the first, it was exemplary
