Charger is fine. Only had it it 5 weeks but it seems reliable enough and mostly works with Intelligent Octopus tariff. However, their software is awful. So poor. From firmware updates that just never actually install, to terrible app that reports no useful information (& doesnt render properly on iPhone), to their website dashboard that asks for information that is impossible to find. You cant even lock and unlock the charger from the app. Its like it was designed in 2002 before smart phones were invented. Even washing machines have smart phone integration now, for some reason, this charger doesnt do any of that. Shame because with decent software it would be a winner. As it is, its not worth the premium over other chargers. Not recommended!

The Zappi EV charger is an excellent, had for about a year now and no issues and does exactly as I ask it. Scheduled charging works every time, eco+ charges the car when I have excess solar energy perfectly. British made product with reliable software, very happy with it.

We have these chargers at work and the customer service and product are excellent! Now MyEnergi are doing battery storage its pushed me to have these at home too!
