The property was extremely clean,Chris and all the staff go above and beyond It was my birthday and a lovely surprise from them was a card,balloon,cake and Prosecco was so thoughtfully left for me. Love the flowers,tea,coffee milk in fridge also Simpsons cup,pens and notepad.

Buyer beware Think carefully before purchasing Wowcher voucher deals Simpsons only allow 4 customers to use there vouchers per day so get booked up fast. We purchased ours in July and there was no bookings available forJuly and August at all. Then tried to book on a sunny day in September but you cannot book on the day advance only. They did have boats available but not using voucher. We was happier to get a refund from Wowcher then use Simpsons due to very poor customer service.

Hired a boat on Monday for 3 hours. The boat itself was very basic, noisy & the driver's seat uncomfortable & hot with the windshield limiting the breeze on a warm day, but it was very enjoyable & did not break down or sink which was quite handy! Had need to call a couple of times before the hire & received excellent service, as we did on the day. Very helpful & polite. Would wholeheartedly recommend, but a word of caution nothing to do with the boat yard. Take note of where you are going. There are a couple of areas where you can go in multiple directions & it's easy to be confused where did I come from on the return journey. One time I would have taken the wrong choice, but luckily my wife has a better sense of direction than I do. Watch out for the Swans!
