        My son broke his glasses and really cannot see at all without them. We had awful service from a different optician but Lords went out of their way to help him. Within an hour they had transferred his lenses into new frames and we had ordered a new pair of glasses. Cannot praise all the staff in Stalham highly enough. Thank you all so much for your excellent service, kindness and consideration.

        I chose the wrong glasses. They were not right for me. The staff were excellent helped me find approprite frames. Nothing was to much trouble. Thank you.
