We haven't had many dealings with this company, but all contact has been horrible and degrading. Upon enquiring about a property for rent, one of the first questions was about our income and savings, which is understandable. When it was understood we didn't meet a certain pay bracket we have been encouraged not to progress with the application as it would be a resounding no, even though we are affording a property more expensive atm with no problems. My partner has dealt with all calls, and has almost been looked down upon for being a stay at home mother, whilst being spoken to like a child on a number of occasions.

Very happy with the professional and friendly service we received from the team at the Stalham branch, especially from Kim and Josh. Have had bad experience from other local estate agents in the past. So happy we chose to use Savannah this time. Just before the first lockdown last year, Savannah not only managed to quickly sell our house, they also found us the house of our dreams, our forever home. Thoroughly recommend them.
