Wont go anywhere else! Stalham Carpets have nearly finished fitting out my entire house, no job too much trouble. High level of fitting, wonderful customer service, professional, friendly family business who know exactly what my needs are. Highly recommended!

Not a nice experience at all, walked in shop to get idea of cost for few carpets we need replacing, lady in store was very rude, short and difficult just to try and talk to. Refused to let me have a sample to look through with my partner and was very persistently trying to get a salesman to come round my home and measure up, sorry but with covid and a new born baby I don't want strangers in my home for hours trying to sell me something, when I told her that she said we cant help you then goodbye. So incredibly rude and unprofessional. Will be using Ludham Carpets instead who are local and much more friendly and professional to deal with.

I would give them 10 stars if I could.They did our bedrooms,stairs and landing before Christmas.Price and fitting was excellent.Now having our conservatory done by them and we have had to change our fitting date twice due to decorating not being finished and they have been so good about it.Moira is so obliging and nothings to much trouble.Top class service.
