In 25 years of motoring, this is without question the worst garage I have ever dealt with. Zero regard for urgency or their customers and on 6 occasions I was promised a call back which never happened. I always left 24-48hrs beyond the promised time, and after them having my car for a month they have still yet to ever actually contact me. Literally the first question I asked when phoning was whether they were busy as this is urgent. A month! I made them aware that I have had to use holiday and take time off without pay as I cannot get to work. Even now when I give up and ask for the car back they promise to call back in an hour with the bill, 5 hours later theyre closed and surprise, surprise no call! If you value your sanity and actually want your car sorted, go elsewhere, literally anywhere! Theyve replaced an EGR valve which I couldve done in 10 minutes. A month! Never known anything like it. So remembering that I called at 12:30 Thursday afternoon, the reply says I now potentially have to wait all day Friday (now over), Saturday (they work Saturdays) and Monday before even getting a call. If anyone was in doubt, I feel this nicely proves my point about the lack of urgency. 3.5 days to work out the bill while I cant get to work to earn the money I need to pay them for doing nothing with my car. Amazing! Once again, I need this car back so I can fix it since you cant/ wont. I need it back urgently! It has already been a month with no progress. I dont think Im being unreasonable here! Am I?Honestly, I dont even want to talk to these guys again. I just want my car back! Service: Auto maintenance
