Absolutely ridiculous attitude from the receptionist. Asked us to complete a Money Laundering Document to undertake a search, in the next breath advised us having literally 12 days ago moved into rented accommodation that as our Driving Licences wouldnt March, we would fail the search. When asked what they do if a customer doesnt have a driving license, the receptionist couldnt answer. Having attempted to use and support a local business, we went to another solicitors, with no issues, user friendly and supportive. Having just sold a property, to enable ourselves to be chain feee and effectively cash buyers, we thought it would be relatively straight forward. We were made to feel second rate, no clear guidance. A bit like Little Britain Computer Says NO. Well we said NO!! Not a good introduction to a business we were initially quite happy to spend 1,500 with to undertake the conveyancing on our new property.
