We were told it would be ready at 19:20 when we ordered so ended up waiting 45 mins in the takeaway itself and we weren't the only ones waiting for way too long. We should have been rung and told there was a delay but we weren't told until we came in for the food.
They gave us 5 back and a free can of Pepsi. We should have just asked for a full refund and walked away but it was too late for anything else.
