Took my bike in for a service as i always prefer to support small businesses; Nick was just horrible, really insulting and rude, he began serving another customer half way thru dealing with me & at one point literally said this is a cheap steel-framed bike after sticking a magnet on it. I wont be darkening his door again, ive got enough bell ends in my life. Beautiful building tho.
