        I haven't been a patient here for long but I have to give this practice a 5 star rating all because of their wonderful receptionist Izzy! She is kind, knowledgeable and professional. Could not be any better! Well done!

        Trying to get a doctors appointment is impossible. Went to the surgery to try to make an appointment but told I couldn't but ha dto go online or phone after 1400. The online form timed out at 1415 and told me to try again tomorrow. So tried phoning and again was told that I had to try again tomorrow despite the fact it wasn't even 1430. This place used to be quite good then Vine took over and screwed it royally.

        I filled out the online form only to get a txt to say they are full try another day! You dont even get a call from the doctor anymore! It is sad how bad things have got.

        Don't make the mistake and go there. There are not serious doctors, at list for my case!!! I've been disappointed from Dr Ifeanyi Nzekwe. I can't trust him / them any more... 4 months in pain, they don't care and the results someone else for another issue. Difficult to found them on the phone, Website is bad. Find somewhere else.

        Have never ever had a single day's problem with this group. If you want to go running to them with every sneeze and cough, this is not the surgery for you but if you are really sick they are fantastic.
