Had three loads of washing after a holiday. Rang and spoke to a polite gentleman who told me just to pop into the store. When me and my partner entered the store we received a very unprofessional welcome by to female staff. Who had no interest in helping. They were sharp with us and clearly did not want to deal with us. Their first comment was that they did not have time for us. When I replied there is no rush I don't mind if it takes a week. The response was... It will be longer than a week. In a very snotty tone. I said thats fine. And was then told weigh the items but you won't like the price. Who are you to judge my affordability? The price was ridiculous at approximately 80 All we wanted was our holiday clothing washed and dried as our dryer was broken. We were then told to go buy a dryer. I actually felt like paying the 80 just so they had to do the job they clearly didn't want but my partner refused to pay so much. No way to run a business. You should feel embarrassed by your poor level of customer service. Took items to a place in Blyth that did the job for 30 It's not about the price. It's the disgusting way staff speak to people and the lack of business sense. Very unprofessional.

Used to be good now it's commercial washing only and customers have a 2 week wait. Maybe should update your details online as until I reported it yesterday googles closing time still showed 6pm. When its actually 16:55.

Had two items dry cleaned and one standard washed item. I couldn't of been happier with the results. First class service combined with more than competitive prices, coupled with friendly welcoming staff, it made this a pleasurable experience. I'll be sure to frequent this establishment with all my future laundry needs. Recommend.
