I was Advised the car I bought had a service book and would come with the delivery yet the car was delivered with no service book. I was then promised said service book within a month of purchase, three months later still no service book. The car was advertised as having sat nav, No sat nav chip on delivery I was again was promised this would be sent however still no chip. I was advised they would take car of all paperwork I now have a 40-80 dvla fine as paperwork was not sent off in time, I was advised this would be delt with and yet again has not been sorted. Do not buy a car from this company you will not get the service you pay for or deserve.
