They supply Taylor Wimpey new build. We had 3 windows replaced during the 2 years of warranty due to condensation inside. 1 year later and 4 more have gone. Do not use.

Im not happy about having to give 1 star, they deserve 0. Customer service absolutely unbelievable how we were spoke to, the upstairs front bedroom window just exploded on the inside leaving the whole panel shattered, and the outside still in one piece when we called to complain we were being accused of impacting it with something when there was no one even in the room, after arguing for 10 minutes on phone we finally gave the measurements of the window, 3 weeks have passed and theyve just been today to replace it and brought a piece of glass for the back bedroom which is huge in comparison so now its probably going to be another 3 weeks before anyone shows up. Absolutely fed up and dont expect these problems when buying a new build

Never do what they say they, always have to chase them as they never follow up. Countless days waiting in for them to just not turn up.if i could charge them my date rate like they would to contractors I'd be retired by now! No matter how cheap they are, do yourself a favour and use someone else!
