I dont want to come across as harsh.. the service I received was great, couldnt fault it. The staff were attentive and pleasant the whole way through greeting me to giving me my receipt (I had a lad who was still going tough training - this wasnt a problem as everyone has to learn somewhere) My gripe was that while I was sat in the venue eating my food there was two different alarms going off (I can only assume one was for the oven and the other was someones lunch time nap wake up alarm). Clearly whatever alarms are being used need replacing because the staff were unable to stop them. They kept going off and off and off! If I want to be disturbed or distracted while eating my food Ill have kids. While I dont have kids I dont expect to have the noise of multiple alarms ruining my eating experience.. next time Ill go to greggs (which just happens to be a stone throw away) as there is never noise in there to interrupt your meal. If you have kids eat in here, if you dont then go to greggs
