Called in today to get the arm fixed on a pair of glasses plus a nose pad was charged ,3 for nosepad I also asked for a new case which would have been 10.said no thanks. However went to pay on my card for nosepad and they don't accept it only cash which I didn't have. The lady was then quite rude and said in a nasty way oh just take them. They need to train there staff on how not to be rude to their customers
