Thankyou for your reply Peter I would like to talk to anyone but the manager ellie who went out her way to spoil my night because of family issues! And now been told I'm barred so can you tell me why if this is correct and has the cameras been checked to see how staff behaved with me? As I thought there was procedures that had to be followed? Just would like to thank ellie for her support on purchasing tickets for your 50th party, we have called a few times to change ticket numbers, and nothing has been a problem, thanks ellie really looking forward to the night.

Love the pub but the manager Ellie is unprofessional bringing family matters to her job and refusing me service even tho I never spoke to her or was served by her for the 3, hours I was there, I never caused any problems or was drunk if anything I was sorting a young man out who had too much, who was never asked to leave yet eyes were in the back of his head!! Unprofessional judgemental staff. It's a shame as I was having a good night but please feel free to check your cameras to as 2 mins before was talking away to the bouncers

Was in with friends everything was ok until 3 lads came in on drugs n nothing was done it was just ignored by ellie n staff but ellie was soon on top of a girl in there shouting and refusing service to her, and the girl was the only one helping the person on drugs. The staff did nothing Ellies treatment towards the customer was disrespectful, and it sounded like it was a personal issue, Ellie told other staff not to serve her when she asked other staff why staff reply with I dont know even tho the lass had not even spoke to her all evening. you seriously need to look at getting some staff that dont bring their problems into work that poor girl did nothing wrong, and she was screaming and shouting over the bar some customer service she has disgusting will not be coming back here
