Choice Caravans

Fantastic experience so professional and friendly, would definitely recommend using this company when you are looking for a caravan. John went over and above while we were going through our sale. Think I will take back everything I said before. Totally disappointed we have had nothing but problems with this caravan. When we first started getting problems my husband called John but got no help whatsoever. First it was the battery, which wasn't even connected properly!! Now it's a leaking water system, we have not had this caravan for even a year yet. Will have to put in to get a complete service before we can use it!! Shocking absolutely shocking. We have had caravans for years and never had these problems. I would think twice before buying here!!

John was incredible in helping us purchase our first family caravan having only had a two berth before. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great price for the caravan we bought. He was friendly and helpful and couldnt have done more to make sure we were all set up and ready to go.

Recently bought 4berth caravan from choice caravans and couldn't be happier. The service was Bob on no pushy sale. The caravan had couple of teething issues (not new caravan so expected just general stuff) but was sorted fast and perfect under the warranty no hassle. When I picked the caravan up John kindly ran through everything with me to make sure I knew how things worked and show its working properly. Would recommend choice caravans to friends and family!

Nice and easy to deal with and doesn't push or hassle, had the van 3 weeks now and no problems, delivered to site and our old van taken. Decent service and friendly, would highly recommend.
