Couldn't be more helpful. I ordered a bistro set which was delivered quickly, unfortunately the lid to the table had been damaged. I went on to the live chat service and got everything sorted straight away. Hayley arranged for a new lid to be dispatched, it arrived within 2 days. Very pleased and would buy from again.

I bought pegboards from them and later read reviews on google, but don't know why they have so many bad reviews Product was very good secured, arrived very fast and with no any damage. I can't say any bad word about this shop. Probably soon I will order another set of pegboards from them I can only recommend

Just received my 2 Bottle Bistro set in grey and they are fantastic so comfy and sturdy love the shape of them and the price is really good and delivered amazingly quick nice cushions as well .can highly recommend this company so glad I found it

My order was delivered to wrong address. I was provided with photo of the parcel at unknown address and signed by name now known in my neighbourhood. Garden Store Direct told me their policy is I have to report to police the item as stolen The police officer was laughing when i asked for crime reference for my undelivered item AVOID and same your time and energy.

I bought an acrylic light ornament but unfortunately we received a different item in the box. Due to the mail strike and the wrong item taking time to get back to GSD , I have just received a full refund. I would say the customer service is second to none. Have a great new year.
