First time i bought from this company.Very competitive on price but what an ordeal.Needed fridge urgently and they coukd not deliver on the Monday as per my booking.Delivered 2 days later Was meant to install but said they couldn't.Delivery guys were in such a rush they broke the house sign when trying to get fridge in.Doubt I will use again

I saved 300 when purchasing my Samsung RB38T602CWW fridge freezer from Beyond Television, cheapest quote around by far. The online order process was seamless and on the day of delivery I received an sms to track with a 2 hour time slot and courteous call from the driver 10mins before. The 2 man team were very friendly and placed the item exactly where I wanted it. Highly Recommend this company. Will most definitely be keeping an eye out on their website for anymore offers.

Really horrendous experience thus far with Beyond Television. I purchased an LG Nanocell 75" tv, got it delivered, set it up but noted fogging to the right hand side when the picture was dark. Was told to send pictures which I did, only to be told that the tv was operating within tollerance which clearly wasn't true. I contacted LG and sent them the same pictures and received a written response to say that the tv should not be fogging and wasn't within tollerence. Beyond Television picked the tv up on the 9th of December through Panther whom they employed as the courier and to date (20th December) I am still being told that they haven't received the tv back from Panther yet. Until they match the serial number I can't get a refund so currently Im without a tv, without 1000 and without an explanation as to why this is deemed acceptable to treat a customer in this manner. Ultimately I've been sold a faulty tv, done nothing wrong and been told to simply wait.................. Thanks for leaving me with nothing at Christmas
