Lovely food, good price, superb location looking over the rolling Yorkshire countryside. Looses a little bit of atmosphere with some high ceilings but highly recommended.

Been here twice. Not easy to get to along narrow lanes or Riverside walk. It's 'out of the way'. Personally I found it a bit 'sterile' lacking in character, a bit like dining in a modern village hall. It's not exactly like that but that's the feeling I got. Service and staff were five star, friendly and attentive but food whilst fair value was average. Overall our party had a nice time and has no real complaints hence four stars but on both occasions I've visited I've felt you'd get more atmospher and similar offering from a pub. Parking: There is a fairly large accessable parking are attached to the premisses
