        TDM provides IT support to the company I work for. I have personally raised way more IT tickets than I should have in the 7 days that I have worked at my new job and in each case I have been more than satisfied. Their response time is absolutely brilliant, every technician I had was friendly, knowledgeable and resolved the issue with no problems. I would highly recommend.
