Had a problem with the TV which they sorted without hesitation.
Breakfast was plentiful, fried breakfast could have been hotter and yoghurt needed to be cold not warm. Unfortunately the coffee machine was temperamental. But the staff were very helpful & friendly. Great location. Could do with having a discount on parking.
