        Rude and disrespectful conduct/manner over the phone, this was further alarming when I ascertained that the person I was speaking to was the Branch Manager. Was following up a call to query why work assignment had been cancelled, even though further ongoing employment had been confirmed the day prior. Was received with a defensive shouting tone, "I don't appreciate being questioned on how I conduct my business".

        Worst agency I have ever had the misfortune to work for.Struggled to get paid my holiday. Jo was horrible, and the others were not much better. Do yourself a favour, AVOID!
