I placed an order online which was delivered more than 30 minutes late. Not in 30 minutes, but 30+ minutes later than the latest delivery time. I called the store 4 times and the staff was very rude to me. They kept saying the driver will be with you in 2 minutes, they hung up on me once. It was only when I talked to the manager than he informed me there was an accident on the road and so order will be late, 25 minutes later. Very rude staff, extremely poor customer service.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I've been to many pizza hut branches, the guy on the phone here was rude, told me that pizza hut have no deals when Ashford told me they do. Tried to charge me 20 per pizza and delivery on top... he was trying to hurry me up on the phone and said "do you want it or not?" Worst branch ever...
