Trespass

Need to update information on here, it says they close at 6.30 and in fact they shut at 5.30. When I got to the store, the managed to have a very brief chat with did not seem bothered at all the information was incorrect!

I brought a jacket and wore it for 4 days before it started falling apart, when I went to the store to exchange the lady manager was very rude and said that she has never seen this happen before so she won't be able to exchange, and that there is a policy that she has to send the jacket off to head office for testing which will take 10 weeks or she said just keep the jacket as it is. When I challenged the policy and to show it on paper she called the security and they escorted me out of the store, afterwards the security guards apologisd to me and said that the manager is alway do this to customers if they ask for refund or exchange. I have never in my life felt so humiliated. I was a regular customer to trespass after this experience I will never step foot in trespass again. Very substandard customer service.
