Unprofessional, 2 times screen was fixed from here, phone hangs up glitching.

I bought a second hand iPhoneX from Mobile Vape, Staines, in February 2022 and in October 2022 it developed a fault. A green line appeared on the side of the screen. It came with a 12 month warranty but the owner of Vape Mobile in Staines, refused to honour this. He said it was my fault and pretended there was a crack on the screen, insinuating that the phone had been dropped and hence the reason for the line. Actually the phone was perfect the night before and green line appeared in the morning after charging the phone and there was and still there is no damage to the screen. He was basically making up excuses so he would not fix it. He was generous enough to offer to repair it if I paid him. Apparently they recently took over the shop so probably was reluctant to take on the hit for the previous owner.
