I have used these guys a few times over the years to fix my ipad and iPhone with new screens and batteries and never had an issue - that was up until I upgraded my iPhone to an X Sadly in less than 6 months both screens developed technical issues where parts of the screen stopped working. Screen 1 was replaced in dec 22, soon after there were issues with the touch function. Despite reporting them back in dec 22 and jan 23 was told it would improve and the screen was adjusting to me as a user and would get better. Before it was replaced in feb 23 the keys wouldnt recognise a finger tap. I accidentally broken the screen glass so regardless of previous faults, I paid for a new screen deposited these faults being present. So with the element of doubt I got Screen 2 install on feb 23 - while it worked at the start, it developed a fault with keyboard / touch screen and in Apr 23 it needed replacing as it went to being unusable. At which point the price increased from 30 back in dec22 to 55. Fast forward to April 23 and the screen 2 developed another fault same as screen 1. This time no cracked screen / glass. Despite having the same set of technical issues on both the previous screens and pointing out to the shop keeper their is a manufacturing fault - I was accused of damaging / not looking after my phone (despite the fact the phone has a case cover on it). The shop keeper (be it reluctantly) replaced the screen and said he would not cover any future technical issues with the screen. As a gesture of good I paid him some cash towards his time but maintain my stance on there being a manufacturing fault with the parts. While the shop keeper maintained it was my fault, had the glass been broken their would be no contest from me, however the phone for its age is in remarkable condition - the glass was not broken or marked - which in my opinion means the part is faulty. Had the shop keeper not been so resistant to the possibility the parts were faulty and not so quick to accuse a honest person of wrong doing I would have given 5 stars instead of 1 and would have continued to recommend them to friend and family.
